Blessed Beginnings Preschool, a ministry of Trinity Lutheran Church, has had a wonderful year! The fall of
2007 saw the beginning of the preschool's eleventh year
of operation. We had fifty three students enrolled in our 60 slots.

We went on field trips to Whitey's, Happy Joes, KLJB TV station, River City Dance Studio, the Hauberg Museum, VanderVeer Park, the pumpkin patch, Stephen's Park, and to see "Charlotte's Web" on stage.

enrollments for our 3 and 4 year olds' programs.

Open enrollment to the public:

Hours to enroll:
8:15 - 11:00 a.m. and 12:15 - 3:00 p.m.

The staff at Blessed Beginnings Preschool strive to model and share their personal love of Jesus and thankfulness to God, with the preschool children and their families. They meet all "State Early Childhood Teaching Requirements" and participate in state and local conferences and workshops to continue their education in the areas of child development and early childhood education.
A top priority of the preschool is to provide the children interaction with the very best professionals we can give them, while making the best use of each individual staff member's gifts and talents.

Jima Belton is the preschool's Teacher/Director Assistant. Jima comes to us with many years of experience working with preschool aged children.

Gloria Stewart is the preschool's Classroom Aide and newest addition to our staff!

BE A KID AGAIN….Volunteer at Preschool!
We are seeking very important volunteers from Trinity in the following areas:
-Friendship Friday: Morning Session: 10:00 a.m.-11:15 a.m., afternoon Session: 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m. - May 23 (10 a.m. and/or 1 p.m. Promotion Ceremony).

-Sing and/or play an instrument with/for the Mon.-Wed.-Fri. 4 year olds for 15-20 minutes once a month in the morning and/or afternoon session for music enrichment.

-Share a talent, interest, career, hobby with the children (you choose the day/session).

-Tighten bolts, hang picture frames, rake outdoor mulch, etc., as needed.

Children do not have to be Lutheran to attend our preschool. We encourage faith, ethnic and cultural diversity. It makes our program richer! Enrollments are accepted as space allows.
